Circuitnet Media LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company operating Newsletter Station (“Newsletter Station,” “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), respects the privacy of our website visitors, customers and newsletter recipients.
This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you when you visit the Newsletter Station website, create an account, use our services or communicate with us.

2. Payment Information
Newsletter Station currently uses PaySimple and may also use Stripe or other established payment processors to process subscription payments.
Payment forms are designed so that complete credit-card and bank-account credentials are provided directly to the payment processor and are not stored in Newsletter Station systems. We may receive limited transaction information, such as the customer’s name, billing contact information, payment status, payment amount, transaction date, payment method type and the last four digits of an account number.
Payment processors collect and use information under their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Contact Lists
Customers may upload a Contact List to a connected email service or authorize Newsletter Station to work with a Contact List for managed newsletter delivery.
Contact Lists are used only to provide requested newsletter services, support delivery, address compliance or technical issues and protect the integrity of the service.
Newsletter Station does not sell, rent or disclose Contact Lists to third parties for advertising or unrelated marketing. Contact-list information may be transmitted to the Customer’s selected email service and other service providers only as necessary to prepare, manage or deliver newsletters.
Customers control their Contact Lists and are responsible for obtaining required permission, honoring unsubscribe requests and complying with applicable email marketing and privacy laws.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When someone visits the Newsletter Station website, our web server and traffic-measurement service may automatically collect technical information, including:
- IP address.
- Date and time of the visit.
- Browser and operating-system information.
- Screen resolution and device information.
- Referring website or link.
- Pages viewed and navigation activity.
We use this information to count visits, understand website activity, maintain security, diagnose technical problems and improve the website.
5. StatCounter
Newsletter Station uses StatCounter to measure general website activity. StatCounter may collect technical visit information and may place a cookie in a visitor’s browser to distinguish first-time and returning visitors.

Newsletter Station may process limited information about newsletter recipients when necessary to deliver newsletters, record delivery events, process unsubscribes, address complaints or provide technical support.
Newsletter recipients should direct requests concerning a customer’s Contact List to the business or organization identified as the sender. Newsletter Station will reasonably assist customers with privacy and unsubscribe requests when appropriate.
11. Marketing Communications
Newsletter Station may send customers information about their accounts, subscriptions, service changes and available features.
Promotional communications from Newsletter Station will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe. Account, billing, security and service notices may still be sent when necessary to administer an active account.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or records maintained for legal, accounting, security or compliance purposes.

Newsletter Station is intended for businesses, professional practices and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Newsletters and the Newsletter Station website may link to independent websites. We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of those websites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
